PENIS EP is the debut extended play by Filipino rapper Lil Fliptard. It was released on April 23, 2021, under Flex Entertainment. The EP features production from Fliptard, Interbrain, and Jaive, and guest appearances from eurogod, Lil Joof, CRZFawkz, young nuts, Depp Gibbs, .jitters, and Lil Pinecone.

Two singles were released prior to the EP's release. These included "CUM SOAP", released on March 26, 2021, and "PENIS IN MY MOUTH", which featured eurogod, which released on April 7, 2021, two weeks before the EP's release.

On April 21, 2021, Fliptard shared the cover art for PENIS EP, which is a banana taped to a wall with underwear on the sides.
